General Information about RIN

We are a railway event run by railway people – our main business is Jobson James Rail – we are the market leader rail specialist insurance broker – we do not make a living from running rail events – hence why we have a low exhibitor price because we only look to cover our costs.

We bring the rail infrastructure industry together in one room for networking events with no distractions of speeches or presentations at a very competitive cost to suit railway companies of all budgets so they can meet each other and potential new customers to grow their businesses.

We are the best way for any rail infrastructure supply chain company to advertise themselves to the industry at a very low cost.

We have huge support, and we are very grateful to our major buyers who send their procurement managers to our events looking for new supplier products and services.

The Meet the Buyer meetings are 15-minute private procurement interviews with major buyers in a private area away from the event.

All visitors to our events enjoy free bacon, sausage, vegan sausage rolls, and egg rolls, as well as free tea and coffee for the duration of the event.

Registering

At our events, Exhibitors can book their stand for the price indicated for each event. Each exhibitor gets a 2m table, tablecloth, electric power point and 2 chairs so plenty of room for pop up banners and products.

Remember that exhibitors (and visitors) must enrol all of their staff as visitors, so you all get your badges emailed to you. Visitors can enrol and visit for free. Exhibitors and visitor railway companies can bring as many staff along to RIN as they like.

• Events are usually open 0930 to 1300/1330 and set up from 0800
